Inside Knowledge is an organisation specialising in running Career Taster Workshops and a range of Skills days in your school, academy or college.

We started in 1998 and have been dedicated to raising the aspirations of students from all backgrounds ever since.

Our approach is to establish your specific needs, providing a tailor-made product if required. We cater for 13-19 year olds, and with over 400 professional trainers throughout the country we can easily meet your requirements.

It has been recognised that an outsider coming in for a ‘special training day’ has a greater impact and focuses the students’ attention.

Our workshops are role-play based, informative, interactive and highly engaging. Our trainers believe that ‘learning by doing’ is one of the most effective ways to teach young people essential skills.

Our professional Skills trainers are evaluated after every session to ensure that quality is at its highest. Our Career trainers are working or have recently worked in their specific areas and are therefore up to date with key information, keeping the workshops fresh and interesting.

All our trainers are used to working both with young people and adults; they can easily adapt the programme to suit the level required. All are CRB checked.

Inside Knowledge programmes are accredited by NCFE through their Investing in Quality Licence (IIQ).

EVALUATION

We ask every student to complete an evaluation form after the event to ensure the quality is of the highest standard.
