LEADERSHIP  is doing the right thing and making the best of the resources you’ve got. It takes something special. Most of us know, at an instinctive level, that management and leadership are different. But understanding just how they differ at a practical level is often elusive. Yet that practical understanding is essential if we are to fulfil our role as managers, supervisors, team leaders, directors etc and stimulate high performance from our people. PUBLIC SPEAKING  Overview - The training uses a "second skin" approach which combines tight structure with repetition, visualisation and breathing techniques to make the speaker 90% calm and in complete control - Why not 100%!? - Because 10% adrenalin allows increased focus naturally. The course covers preparation and planning, and connecting with the audience, Projecting confidence and Effective use of visual aids and props, the Psychology of questions  and The Power of Story and Metaphor.  Additional components can include: Memory strategies for script-less Public Speaking and Adapting your speaking for TV and Radio
